We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to, product or pricing errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability of stock.
3. Product Authenticity and Safety
- Botanical Descriptions: We strive for absolute accuracy in our sensory profiles and ingredient lists. However, since our blends use natural botanicals, slight seasonal variations in color or aroma may occur.
- Allergen Information: All ingredients are listed clearly on each product page. It is the consumer's responsibility to review these for personal allergens before consumption.
- Medical Disclaimer: Our teas are curated for sensory experience and ritual. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease. Please consult a healthcare professional regarding any specific health concerns.
- Food Information: Net quantity, best-before date, manufacturing details, and our FSSAI license number are displayed on product packaging and/or the product page in accordance with applicable Indian food safety regulations.
4. Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers, or distributors.
5. Payment
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated. Payments are processed securely through Razorpay. We do not store your full payment card details on our servers.
6. Pricing and Modifications
- Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
- We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue a specific blend (e.g., Limited Editions) without notice.
- We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any price change or suspension of products.
7. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, and order cancellations are handled in accordance with our separate Refund Policy, available on our website. Please refer to that policy for eligibility, timelines, and process.
8. Intellectual Property
All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, images, and product descriptions, is the property of Maison De Jarin and protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. 9. Shipping and Delivery
We currently ship within India only. We aim to process orders with the precision our blends deserve, but shipping times are estimates and may vary. Maison De Jarin is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier once the product has left our studio. Should we begin offering international shipping in the future, updated terms specific to international orders will be posted here.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no case shall Maison De Jarin, our directors, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct or indirect damages of any kind arising from your use of any of our products or the website. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Indian law, including in relation to defective goods.
11. Force Majeure
We shall not be held responsible for any delay or failure to perform our obligations where such delay or failure results from causes beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, government action, labor disputes, or disruptions to transportation or supply networks.

We will acknowledge your complaint and work to resolve it within the timeframe required under applicable law.
13. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Subject to applicable consumer protection law, the courts at Amritsar, Punjab shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any disputes arising from these Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
